No salary on this page is an estimate, because there is none. This site does not estimate women's salaries: the published record is too thin to build on. What is shown is what the rules require and what has been published. Why.

Canyon-SRAM: pay
What does Canyon-SRAM pay its riders?
The team has not published it, and neither has anyone else. What can be said is the floor: with 18 riders and a WorldTeam minimum of €38k, the roster cannot cost less than €684k a year in salaries.
Does the minimum apply to every rider?
Yes, at WorldTeam level, and it is the same for every rider on the roster regardless of results. A neo-pro in her first year has a lower minimum, €32k. Below the WorldTeam category the floor drops to €22k for a ProTeam and disappears entirely at Continental level.
